A "simple" box was the request. A box designed to hold an envelope stuffed full of 5x7" postcards. It honestly didn't sound like a crazy request, but a simple box was hardly the end result! This box was crafted from dark Walnut with an accent band of Wenge around the middle. No hardware needed for this box! Just the beauty of the oiled wood on the outside and the richness of the black velvet inside!

Please note: The wood used to craft these boxes is the real thing! It is not pine stained to look like an exotic wood. Your box will be carefully crafted from real hardwoods like Bloodwood, Brazilian Cherry, Maple, Padauk, Purple Heart, Walnut, Wenge, just to name a few.  Color and grain will vary some as this is a natural product and subject to the designs and characteristics of nature.
