Our Shipping and Returns Policy
SHIPPING
SHIPPING COST:
On most items there is a flat rate shipping cost listed:

US rates are set for the Continental USA (48 States)

International rates are set for all shipments outside of the Continental USA.
ADDRESS CONFIRMATION:
Prior to shipping of your item, Mooreni LLC will contact you via email to verify your order’s delivery address. You will be asked to confirm the address. If there are changes to the shipping address, please let us know. Addresses that are not confirmed will not be shipped to and this will delay the arrival of your package. Mooreni LLC is not responsible for delays due to unconfirmed addresses, lost, or miss-delivered packages due to being provided with inaccurate shipping information. We ask that you provide us with the shipping address as it appears on the mail you receive so that we can provide it to the shipping service in the correct format.

We do things this way to help prevent loss should the printed label become detached or unreadable by automated sorting devices.

If a specific shipping provider is desired, or if expedited shipping is requested, we will do our best to use the specified service. Additional charges may apply. Any additional charges will be requested at the time of shipping and must be paid prior to the package being delivered to the shipping service provider.
Because we use a third-party shipping label service in order to keep shipping costs manageable, some vendors may or may not be available at the time of shipping. If a specifically requested provider is not a current option, we will contact you and discuss alternative services, costs, and delivery times.
TRACKING:
All shipments from the Mooreni Studio are trackable with a vendor specific tracking number. The method of shipping and tracking number will be provided to you via email once the label for your package has been generated. This notification email may initially be sent to you via our label service, or it may be sent to you via the selected shipping vendor. Mooreni LLC will then personally follow-up within the following few days with the shipping vendor information, tracking number, and delivery date if available. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be visible in the shipping vendors system.
If you have issues with tracking through a shipping provider’s website: i.e. entering the FedEx tracking number in the FedEx website’s tracking window, try to enter the number in your browser search bar (number only). For most services, web browsers can identify the shipping vendor by the sequence of numbers in the tracking number. We have experienced some issues with FedEx’s website and their tracking window resulting in an error, indicating that a package does not exist. This is due to a glitch between their website and certain web browsers. If you are still having issues successfully tracking your package, feel free to reach out to us for assistance at moorenimagic@gmail.com.
CUSTOMS AND FEES:
All internationally shipped items go through Customs. We list all package contents on the Customs forms as required. That said, we do our best to try to keep fees on International shipments as minimal as possible. Still, a few countries may charge fees, and this is, at that point, out of our control.
receiving end requirements and failed deliveries:
Some shipping providers, in a few countries, may require in-person delivery and signatures. A notification will likely be left on or near your door or in your mailbox. Please be mindful of your package delivery date and vigilant for notices. You may need to reach out to your delivery person or travel to the delivery services facility to retrieve a package if it is not deliverable. If an item is not deliverable due to lack of in-person delivery or signature, it likely will be returned to Mooreni after a specified number of days (set by the delivering agency). When this happens, often times, there is no available tracking information provided by the return shipping service. Likewise, there is no guarantee that the package will arrive back at the Mooreni Studio and its likelihood of being “lost” increases. Items that are returned due to being undeliverable, often take an excessive amount of time to make the return voyage, sometimes taking months before the package may show up on our end. During this time, we cannot simply send a replacement item free of charge. If an item is returned due to being undeliverable, and it successfully arrives back at the Mooreni Studio, additional shipping cost will be required to re-ship the package. Mooreni LLC is not responsible for items that may become lost in such a return situation.
PACKAGING AND PACKING MATERIALS:
All items that are shipped are carefully packed and wrapped with adequate packing materials. While most items are shipped in new boxes, some items may be shipped utilizing recycled boxes, as long as such boxes meet or exceed our standard and are assessed as being fit for the journey. Recycled boxes are typically used if we don’t have a specific “new” box that is ideally sized for a specific item, or if a shipment includes multiple items that require a specific size box which we don’t have in stock. We don’t recycle cheap Amazon shipping boxes.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
When possible, if more than one item is purchased, we will ship the items together. There are certain instances where combined shipping is not possible. We will inform you if combined shipping is possible or not. Combined shipping may result in a reduced shipping cost. However, this is sometimes not the case, seeing how especially International shipping costs vary and may exceed the listed flat rate. If there is a savings in shipping due to combined shipping, we will refund you the difference, but you will need to pay the full shipping cost initially at the time the order is placed. Any refund of partial shipping cost cannot be determined or made until the date of the actual shipping.
RETURNS
The Return business in the Magic Industry is a tricky one to say the least. Mooreni LLC, (https://www.moorenimagic.com) sells items that involve “Secrets”. Once a Secret is delivered, it cannot be returned. Therefore, when it comes to the return of items that involve Secrets, there are certain limitations.
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL DUE TO THE NATURE OF SELLING SECRETS WHICH ARE NON-RETURNABLE. In general, there are NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.

Please read and familiarize yourself with the Performance License Agreement (PLA). In making a purchase from Mooreni LLC (https://www.moorenimagic.com), you are agreeing to the terms of the PLA.
NOT RETURNABLE:
We do NOT accept returns based on whether you, as the purchaser, decide you don’t like the method of the Secret involved (the way an item functions).
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
We DO accept returns if an item is found defective upon receipt. In such cases, you must contact Mooreni LLC immediately at: moorenimagic@gmail.com and provide detailed information on the issue as well as provide photos. Upon approval of return, You will be required to return the item with adequate packing material in either its original shipping box or one that is similarly sufficient (I.e. weight and strength and adequate size). You will be required to ship the package with insurance and tracking, and provide us with the shipping vendor information and tracking. If you fail to contact Mooreni LLC to report defects or damages within 30 days of delivery, Mooreni LLC has the right to refuse any required repairs of replacements.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT:
Your item will be either repaired, or a new item sent back. In some instances, if replacement is not necessary, and at the discretion of Mooreni LLC, you may be sent a replacement part, providing it is something that can be easily fixed on the user end (i.e. a broken hinge or latch).
In the event that you physically break an item by abuse, or miss-use, such as attempting to access the “black box”, any warrantees or offers of replacement are void and totally up to the discretion of Mooreni LLC. In a few cases, such damage will require the full replacement of an item due to internal damages. Mooreni LLC may offer to repair or replace the item based on circumstance, though Mooreni LLC has no obligation to do anything regarding such damages. Should Mooreni LLC offer repair or replacement for such damages, the item(s) and all of its components must be returned to the Mooreni Studio prior to any type of physical replacement. If such damages are not repairable and require replacement or rebuilding of components in part or in whole, you will be responsible for any and all charges, fees, and labor. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs.
Intentional damage or modifications to items sold by Mooreni LLC constitutes a violation of the Performance License Agreement (PLA), which is required to be signed at the time of purchase.
