ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE LICENSE AGREEMENT:

 

 

BEFORE THE SALE:

Every item on the Mooreni LLC website (https://www.moorenimagic.com) requires a digital signature of the Performance License Agreement (PLA) prior to being able to purchase the item.  By purchasing the item, you agree to the terms of the PLA, as well as ALL terms and policies listed on the Mooreni LLC (https://www.moorenimagic.com) website (Our Terms and Conditions of Use, Our Privacy Policy, Our Shipping and Returns Policy, and Our Terms of Sale and Performance License Agreement).  All of these Terms, Policies, and Agreements, are legally binding contracts.  The PLA states your rights as the buyer (Lincensee) and Mooreni LLC’s rights as the artist and seller (Lincensor).  The PLA also includes a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).  Please be sure to read and understand the PLA.  If you have any questions regarding your rights and the PLA, please contact us at: moorenimagic@gmail.com.

 

AFTER THE SALE:

After agreeing to and digitally signing the PLA by making the purchase of any item from Mooreni LLC (https://www.moorenimagic.com), You will receive an email from Mooreni LLC requesting you to provide and verify the following information:

• Full legal name

• Stage name if applicable

• Residential address in proper formatting for your location (may differ from shipping address, and if it does, please let us know Immediately)

• Phone number 

• Email address

 

This information is required to complete the PLA specific to your purchase, and you, as the Licensee.  The PLA becomes an active binding contract immediately upon your purchase.

 

ONCE PLA INFORMATION VERIFICATION IS RECEIVED:

Once you have provided or confirmed the requested information, Mooreni LLC will complete the PLA with the verified information.  A completed PDF copy of the PLA will then be sent to you for physical signature.  

 

Please keep in mind that Mooerni LLC is essentially a one-person operation, and immediate transactions are not always possible.  The completion of the PLA process may take some time.

 

Once you receive the PDF copy of the PLA with your information entered, you will be directed to sign a specific page.  Signature can be made via various methods:

• Print the PDF document and physical sign where requested

• Sign the PDF document using stylus on either cell phone or tablet

 

If you physically singed a printed copy of the PLA PDF, you may rescan the signed page and convert to PDF, or photograph it.  Such apps as Notepad can convert a photo into a PDF page.  

 

Send a copy of the signed PDF back to Mooreni LLC at: moorenimagic@gmail.com

 

The singed PLA MUST be received before your purchased item IS shipped.  

 

Upon email receipt of the physically signed PLA (PDF), Mooreni LLC will sign and print a final copy of the PLA.  This printed copy will be physically posted to you either included in your shipment, or sent via post separately.  How and when the PLA is sent may vary and how it is sent will be at the discretion of Mooreni LLC.  Mooreni LLC will securely retain a physical copy, as well as digital copy of the signed PLA.

 

TRANSFER OF LICENSE WHEN SELLING AN ITEM: 

Please be aware of the section within the PLA referring to the transfer of ownership, either by sale or gift.  Any owner/LICENSEE who decides to sell an item created by Mooreni LLC, or pass it on to someone, including an heir, or auction company, must first contact Mooreni LLC at moorenimagic@gmail.com and notify of their intent to sell.  Should the owner be deceased, then it becomes the receiving parties responsibility to abide by the set terms of the PLA.  Upon purchase or new ownership, the new owner must agree to, and complete, a new PLA.  Or at the moment of sale, the new owner may overwrite the original PLA by filling in their personal information.  

 

IMMEDIATELY UPON SALE OR NEW OWNERSHIP, THE NEW LICENSEE,  MUST CONTACT MOORENI LLC AT MOORENIMAGIC@GMAIL.COM TO REGISTER SAID OWNERSHIP AS THE NEW LICENSEE.

 

THE NEW LICENSEE IS REQUIRE TO FILL OUT THE PLA WITH THEIR INFORMATION:

• Full legal name

• Stage name if applicable

• Residential address in proper formatting for your location

• Phone number 

• Email address

• Signature

• Date of Purchase or ownership
